Is there such a thing as free e-cycling anymore? Hardware.I have logged in as other users and set up Outlook for that user (who doesn't sit at this desk in question). But I shouldn't have to go to that extreme. The only thing I haven't done is create a new Windows Profile. I've tried Office 2010 with Outlook 2010. I have uninstalled/reinstalled Office - that didn't help. I've read tons of articles online, but nothing has helped. I have removed their credentials and added them manually - but that doesn't save them - because once I reboot or log off/on, the manually added credentials get removed and replaced with a new one for Logon Session.įor the life of me, I can't get this working. Once they log off/on, they have to input their outlook password. These 3 problem people - their credentials are there, but their Persistence is Logon Session. If I look at their credential manager, I see their Outlook credentials and the Persistence is Enterprise (which is why they are being stored). Their passwords are stored in the credential manager with no issues. Using Hosted Exchange server from AppRiverĪll the users except 3 have no issues. All security updates and patches installed, including service packs.

I have no GPO's restricting Office software, Outlook, or storing of passwords and/or usernames.Įveryone is using Office 2007 with Outlook upgraded to 2010. Active Directory domain (Win 2008) with all Windows 7 Pro machines.
